Your personal data is also processed by the shipping company appointed by AUDMA for shipment & delivery which acts as data controller.

Your personal data is also processed by related local shipping companies, involved in delivery operation according to your location, which act as Data Controller.

 

Retention Time

HI-TECH SOLUTIONS s.r.l. stores and uses personal data obtained from customers only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected.

Subsequently, personal data is deleted, without prejudice to the retention periods established by law that prevent their deletion.

Archiving can therefore take place if it is required by European or national norms, Union regulations, laws or other legal obligations to which HI-TECH SOLUTIONS s.r.l. is subject.
