2. Personal Data Collected

Depending on how you interact with our website — browsing, contacting us, registering a warranty, or placing an order — we may collect:

Identification data: first name, last name;
Contact data: email address, phone number, billing and shipping address;
Order data: products purchased, order value, order date, payment method used (we do not store full card numbers, which are processed directly by our payment providers);
Product/warranty data: product purchased, serial number, proof of purchase, date and place of purchase;
Any information you voluntarily provide in a message, enquiry or support request;
Technical data collected automatically through the website: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

To answer enquiries submitted through our contact form (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract / our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries);
To process and fulfil orders placed on our online store, including order confirmation, payment, invoicing, shipping and customer service (legal basis: performance of the sales contract with you; compliance with legal obligations, for invoicing and accounting data);
To manage warranty registration and related after-sales service (legal basis: performance of the contract / legitimate interest in providing after-sales support);
To prevent fraud and misuse of our website and online store (legal basis: legitimate interest);
To ensure the security, proper functioning and improvement of our website (legal basis: legitimate interest);
If in the future we introduce a newsletter or other direct marketing communications, we will only send them on the basis of your prior, specific and freely given consent (legal basis: consent, Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you may withdraw at any time; this Privacy Policy will be updated before any such feature is activated.

4. How We Process Your Data

We process personal data using suitable electronic and organisational security measures, and we only collect the data necessary for the purposes described above.

5. Data Retention

Order and invoicing data: 10 years from the relevant tax year, as required by Italian tax and civil law (Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code);
Data related to a purchase (e.g. for warranty or product-liability purposes): for the duration of the applicable statutory limitation period;
Enquiries submitted through the contact form that do not result in a purchase: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them earlier;
Any future marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Wix.com Ltd., which hosts our website and online store and provides the underlying e-commerce, security and technical infrastructure;
Our payment service providers, Wix Payments and PayPal, to process your payment (each acts as an independent data controller for the payment data it collects directly from you);
Couriers engaged to deliver your order — typically DHL or FedEx, depending on destination, or another carrier where more suitable for a specific shipment — limited to the data necessary to arrange delivery;
Our accountant/tax advisor, for accounting and tax compliance purposes;
Public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. International Data Transfers

Because we use Wix.com Ltd. and certain payment providers, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, it is carried out on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard recognised as adequate under the GDPR. 9. Is Providing Your Data Mandatory?

Providing the data necessary to process an order (such as your name, address and payment details) is required to enter into and perform the sales contract with you: without it, we cannot process your order. Providing other data (e.g. through the contact form) is optional, but not providing it may prevent us from responding to your enquiry.

10. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data;
Request rectification of inaccurate data;
Request erasure of your data, where applicable;
Request restriction of processing;
Object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
Request data portability, where applicable;
Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
