1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern (a) your access to and use of the website www.audma.it (the “Website”), and (b) the purchase of products from the online store on the Website (the “Store”), both operated by Hi-Tech Solutions S.r.l. (“AUDMA”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the parts of these Terms & Conditions relating to Website use. If you place an order, the parts relating to the purchase of products also apply to that order, and you accept them in full when you place it. The Store is intended exclusively for consumers — individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession (“you”, “the Customer”) — residing in Italy or in another European Union member state, where products are made available for shipment. Purchases by resellers, distributors or other business customers are not made through this Store and are subject to separate commercial agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs and trademarks — is the property of Hi-Tech Solutions S.r.l. or is used with the permission of its owner. Reproduction, distribution or use of this content without our prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications and technical information published on the Website are provided for general informational purposes. We reserve the right to change product specifications and features at any time without prior notice. Where you place an order, the information provided at checkout prevails over general descriptions shown elsewhere on the Website.

5. Prices

Prices shown in the Store are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately and confirmed before you complete your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Order Process

To place an order, add the desired product(s) to your cart and follow the checkout steps. Before confirming your order, you will be shown a summary of the selected products, the total price (including taxes and delivery costs), and the main terms of this contract, and you will be asked to confirm your order by clicking a button that clearly indicates the order involves an obligation to pay. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation by email; the contract of sale is concluded when we send this confirmation.

7. Payment

Payment can be made through the methods shown at checkout, currently including Wix Payments and PayPal. Payment is processed securely by these providers; we do not store your full card details. Full payment is generally required at the time of order.

8. Delivery

We ship to the countries indicated on the Store at checkout. Estimated delivery times and any shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. Orders are shipped using reputable couriers — typically DHL or FedEx, or another carrier where more suitable, depending on the destination. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the products.

9. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail to support@audma.it) before the withdrawal period expires. You may, but are not required to, use the standard withdrawal form provided as an annex to these Terms & Conditions.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse the price paid, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, or, if earlier, from the day you provide evidence of having sent it back. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back, or you have supplied evidence of sending it back, whichever is earlier.

You must send the product back without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please return it in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, to prevent damage during transport.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by business customers, or, where applicable by law, to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

As a consumer, you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which applies for 24 months from delivery and runs against us as the seller. During the first 12 months, any lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the product or the defect.

If the product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled, free of charge, to have it repaired or replaced (at your choice, unless impossible or disproportionate), within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, including free of charge as regards shipping, labour and materials. If repair or replacement is impossible, cannot be carried out within a reasonable time, or would cause significant inconvenience, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the contract and obtain a full refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hi-Tech Solutions S.r.l. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Website, reliance on information published on it, or technical malfunctions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability arising from a sales contract as described in this document.

This Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website.

13. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for any temporary unavailability.

14. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Website, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

15. Privacy and Cookies

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, contact us at support@audma.it, providing your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to respond within a reasonable time.

17. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised under Italian and EU consumer law (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended, and Legislative Decree 130/2015), where one is available and applicable; contact us and we will indicate a suitable body. This does not affect your right to bring the matter before the competent court.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside. For any dispute relating to a purchase, if you are a consumer, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of the court of the place where you reside or are domiciled, if located in the European Union. For matters relating only to use of the Website (not to a purchase), Italian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-forum rule described above.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; for an order already placed, the version applicable is the one published on the Store when you placed it.
