Warranty Terms

AUDMA warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a valid proof of purchase. The integrated rechargeable battery is covered by a limited warranty of one (1) year.

 

Extended warranty programs may be available, providing additional coverage beyond the standard warranty period. For further details, please refer to the Product Registration section.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products purchased from AUDMA or from authorized AUDMA dealers or distributors, and supported by valid proof of purchase.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible.

AUDMA reserves the right to verify proof of purchase, product serial number, and sales channel.

Eligibility is subject to compliance with the conditions set out in this policy, including AUDMA packaging requirements.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with product documentation.

AUDMA will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part with an equivalent new or refurbished unit.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse, negligence, or improper use;

  • failure to follow product instructions;

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs;

  • normal wear and cosmetic damage;

  • improper handling, storage, or transport;

  • unsuitable environmental conditions;

  • electrical issues, including improper grounding or unstable power supply;

  • use with incompatible equipment or third-party devices;

  • improper cleaning or maintenance;

  • damage during shipment, including inadequate or non-original packaging;

  • any service performed without prior authorization.

This warranty does not apply to products with altered or illegible serial numbers.

Service & Returns

Customers should contact the original authorized dealer or AUDMA at support@audma.it.

A warranty request must include:

  • proof of purchase

  • serial number

  • description of the issue

AUDMA may request additional information before authorizing a return.

Return authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipment.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

RMA approval is subject to compliance with all conditions of this policy, including AUDMA packaging requirements.

For service handled by AUDMA, products must be returned in their original AUDMA packaging.
Returns without original packaging will not be accepted unless authorized in writing.

Customers are responsible for proper packaging during shipment.
AUDMA is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

AUDMA reserves the right to determine whether service is handled directly or through its authorized network.

Product Registration

Registration is not required for the standard warranty. AUDMA may offer extended warranty programs, with conditions that may vary by product, country, or region.

At the time of publication, an additional two (2) years of coverage is offered subject to registration within sixty (60) days from purchase. Extended coverage follows the same terms as the standard warranty, excluding the battery.

AUDMA reserves the right to modify or discontinue such programs.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AUDMA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
